After starting her career at a legacy firm serving high-profile campaigns and progressive advocacy organizations, Nancy built out the polling practice at online polling start-up Change Research. As a Principal at Change Research, Nancy ran the campaign side team, served their most valuable clients, and launched the qualitative practice.

Nancy also acted as the Director of Polling and Modeling for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC), where she helped to shape the House Democrats' impeachment strategy. She developed her skill for public opinion research under legendary pollster Stanley Greenberg and was the youngest Managing Director of Democracy Corps, the polling non-profit founded by Greenberg and James Carville to guide progressive messaging and strategy.
